£500 / Day or Performance Based Fee

While strategy plays a crucial role in achieving business success, its effectiveness ultimately depends on its implementation, often the most challenging aspect of strategy due to the complexities of execution and resistance to change. As a result, seeking external support is common practice but often requires specialised expertise and long project timeframes, inflating prices to the point of inaccessibility for smaller organisations.

Our approach is to offer the option of a low day rate of £500 or discounted rate supported by a performance based fee such as a percentage of increased revenue or costs cut. This allows you to only pay what you can afford based on the value of the service we provide.

Key activities may include strategy workshops for individual teams, organisational change, the creation and roll out of OKRs and recruitment.
