Most due diligence services are a conflict of your interest, taking commission from the amount invested as their source of revenue. As a result, consultancies are always incentivised to recommend the investment and therefore do not lower your risk, which of course is the main proposition of using such a service.

Our approach is a stage gated fixed fee service. This eliminates the incentive bias whilst still de-risking your investment by cutting losses as early as possible. See here for a full explanation of our approach and pricing.

As well as aligning interests, we are able to conduct the analysis at a fraction of the cost of competitors, making due diligence services accessible to those investing even a couple hundred thousand pounds.
